Booking Process and Payment Methods
Booking your helicopter tour is straightforward. Here is what to expect.

Step 2: Receive Quote
We will provide a detailed quote based on your requirements, including base price, applicable discounts, add-ons, and total cost. The quote is valid for 7 days, giving you time to confirm your plans.
Step 3: Confirm and Pay Deposit
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your tour date. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques.
Step 4: Final Confirmation
We will contact you 24-48 hours before your tour to confirm weather conditions, provide final details, and answer any last-minute questions. If weather requires rescheduling, we will work with you to find alternative dates.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
